I do not take this product every day but when I feel my mood slipping I go and take it and a B complex and wow what a difference! But even better was my first experience with this several years ago…when I was trying to quit smoking. Not that it took all the work out of quitting, but it sure gave me the control I needed to say no and kick the habit…and never went back!
