The product is easy to use, just as advertised. It’s really a pleasure not to wear the chest strap, much more comfortable.
You just have to be patient and keep the buttons pressed until your heart rate appears. This may be a problem when jogging. Nonetheless, it’s worth the money.
I purchased this monitor so I could keep my heart rate while exercising during pregnancy. I have yet to get a reading during activity. It’s a waste of money.
The Heart Rate for Dummies D-7 Strapless Heart Rate Monitor Watch is a waste of money. It gives an occasional reading, usually when I’m not particulary active. It does not give readings during exercise which is the whole reason for using it. I’ve tried all the suggested ways to get it to function with no good results.
