How Can I Get The Body Of A Fitness Model Fast?
i want to lose weight and look toned fast. im going to new york in a few weeks to go shopping and i want to be thinner by then. i weigh about 150lbs right now and it would be nice to be around 120lbs when im done. i would like to be 130-135lbs by the time i go to new york. any help? i need fitness tips and plans. thanks
