I’m A Slim Guy Going To Gym, What Is Better Protein Supplements Or Natural Protein Sources?

I know creatine substances not good for health, so wont take that. But i am PURE VEGEATARIAN, so can’t take eggs or meat. I am living out in hostel, away from home, so cant get home like nutrition from the food out here. Do protein supplements do any harm? YOU should have exprienced these substances to answer me. I know natural things r best, but will take me 2 years to build medium size chests and back muscles, and i want it little fast as well as safer. So am planning to buy simple albumen or whey protein supplements, if any harm then please tell me and suggest the best protein source accordingly. Presenlty i drink half litre milk after coming from gym in morning at 9 am.

  1. Well there’s whey protein isolate, concentrate, hydrolyzed whey protein and others, but the best that I’ve ever used is whey protein concentrate (undenatured). It’s the most bioavailable so your body utilizes it very easily. This is one of the things I use. Naturaly protein sources are good as well, and if you only want a supplement, then I suggest spirulina algae because its protein content is 3x higher than beef. Good luck with your muscle growth!

    They are pretty much ok. Just read the label to see what else they put in there. My suggestions, add a bit of sugar and salt if they haven’t already done so. This makes them go down soo much easier. Also add lots of frozen strawberries and blend. I like to make them with milk. You need to eat too though. You need 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight each day, if you are tying to gain weight by adding muscle. You will need both food and supplements to get to that level, especially if you are a veggie. I’d add in some meats and eggs. There isn’t really a good reason to be veggie. Eggs are fat balanced so they are safe to eat the whole thing.

  4. for all natural and synthetic proteins to be most efficient you must add to your good carb intakes and they are all good but natural is always better may I suggest soy proteins and super whey.proteins
