I debated on getting this Maca or not since I just wanted to feel “normal” again without all the mood swings and so on. Finally I decided it was worth a try; glad I got them! They do make a difference in stabalizing my mood and emotions. They are a great product at a great price. They have a pleasant, sweet smell and are easy to swallow. They will be a regular part of my daily supplementation from now on.
