I suffered a hearth attack in July of this year. In one of the several healthy heart classes that I have taken, it was mentioned that I should be getting more omega 3s from eating more fish. The last thing I wanted was systematically preparing my daily pill rations every morning, but thankfully this product knocked-out a whole lot of the process for me. The heart health packs are conveniently packaged in daily supplies; take out one pack, open it, consume it. For me, taking all of them at once isn’t a problem, for others, 1 or 2 at a time might be more ideal. Either way, having them all packaged together saves me time and makes it a whole lot easier to take my daily pills. If I had to buy all these separately, sure, it might be cheaper, but ultimately I wouldn’t take all of them every day. I was taking just fish oil, but this product opened the door for more of an opportunity to take care of this ol’ heart of mine.
