I don’t think I could have stuck to my diet without these bars. 30 lbs so far and still counting. The soy in it just makes me feel good. The fiber is awesome. No need to take fiber pills anymore. They do fill me up. Sometimes I only eat half of the bar and save the rest for later. To me it’s the perfect Fast Food. I would have giving them 100 stars. I have been telling all my diet buddies.
I purchase all varieties of the 210 calorie meal replacement bar by South Beach. They are all good options with tea or coffee for breakfast when one doesn’t have much time or just doesn’t want to eat a lot. The high protein content (19 Grams)keeps you full a fairly long time. Vanilla Creme and Cinnamon Creme are my favs but all the flavors are acceptable.
I have these in my pantry all the time as well as carrying one in my purse for times when I need to grab a quick lunch.
These taste very good – considering that they are meal replacement bars. I eat them for breakfast and they fill me up until lunch – they are filling because they have 19 grams of protein
