Hi, i am 17 and barely started taking Super pump a week ago. I thought it was suppose to give me mental focus and stuff, but i didn’t feel anything after 3 scoops on my 3rd workout with it. To tell you the truth, I feel more focus with a line of cocaine.
Anyways today I am going to GNC with about 200 bucks. I will buy about 6 pounds of a good protein and probably blow the rest on N O Xplode because I never tried it.
I might also buy Size On since It goes good with Super Pump I hear, I will Probably buy Cell Mass to go with NO Xplode.
What would happen if I take Cell Mass with Super Pump? Also what are your personal experiences with these products? Should I get 2 NO Xplodes? I talked to a GNC representative and she said Cell Mass Is like 20 times better than Size on because Size on is monohydrate. I dont know about that but if that is true ill just get 2 Cell Mass bottles too.
Has anyone Tried Nitrix too? I never taken Pill form of any workout supplement And taking 6-9 of them a day seems like a waste of cash to me. I also hear NO Shotgun is better than BSN and gaspari nutrition, But i do not think they sell that at GNC.
I will be buying the gold card member from there while I am there to save like 20% off everything which is cool.
Any more tips would be helpful.

Well after a couple years of unhealthy weight loss, i decided i want to decrease my body fat percentage, and tone up. I figure the best way to do this is to get some protein powder, bars, and other things, and hit the weights, as well as do some HIIT. I didnt think that focusing on cardio would help tone me up, nor would it allow me to eat as much i would like to. So my question is how should i get started? what should my workout schedule be, how many cups of protein should i have, and what are the effects of protein, i dont want to gain too much weight, but if it means ill be more tone then i want to. I figure four days of lifting and 3 days of HIIT, 1-2 rest days a week. how long should i work out, and what types of HIIT should i do. Also i want to know what supplements i can take that dont make me gain weight, but help tone. ( ex : creatine is not for me ) Any help would be great, or advice tips, workouts, information is much apprecaited, thanks in advance.
PS: im 16 , 6 ft 1 175lb

I love drinking a fountain diet pepsi every day, but I’ve heard so many different arguments about how diet soft drinks are just as bad, if not worse, than regular sodas for your body. Does anyone know the SPECIFIC reasons it’s bad for me to be drinking it every day? If I heard enough evidence I’d try hard to give it up, but I just can’t yet because I love it too much! Thanks.

Well i’m not really sure what my goal should be at this point for my fitness. I already am a competitive swimmer and work out on off days, but i was wondering. I’m 13, 5′7 and around 107 pounds. Should i try to gain, lose, or try to stay the same?

Do you think younger people care about fitness more then older people? I’m 19 years old, and I love to work-out. I’ve seen other dudes around my age with abs and nice biceps, and they seem to really take care of themselves. I hardly ever see older people work-out.
What’s your opinion?

Personally, I am terrified at the thought of the government running health care rather than the private sector. I think that would be a total disaster. The government has proven itself incapable of running other things like education despite all the money that we constantly throw at it. Besides, what other country around the world has every succeeded from this nationalized health care? None, to my knowledge. I just do not understand why this administration is pushing so hard for more governmental control. Why are they so obsessed with control?
