About 10 years ago, I read a booklet published by Superdrug (a very well known health and beauty shop in the UK) that at least six hours should be left between taking an iron supplement and taking a vitamin E supplement as one prevents the absorbtion of the other in the human body-
Is this true?
Lately, I’ve searched more recently published books on nutrition and I’ve yet to see this fact mentioned in any of them.
Is there anyone out there who can enlighten me- or at least point me in the right direction to read up a bit more on this?

I would like to know if anyone knows how much it will cost each taxpayer to enact universal health care. I have heard the gross figures, but wonder how to break that down to the average taxpayer.
