I am 19 and I am 5′5″ and I am going to start on april 1 2008, and I want to go from 237 lbs to 130-135 lbs by middle of July to the beginning of August 2008, can somebody help me with finding a weight loss plan that will help with that goal.

Currently, I’m on a 100-push-up program which I just started and hope in completing in 7 weeks. I really need a good diet to back me up. I am 15 years old right now, my body type is “Slim/Slender”. I’m 6′2(I’m pretty tall) and I weigh only 140 pounds. I really want to bulk up at least a little bit before school starts in early september. Any good recommendations?

I am looking for a effective weight loss pill that works when you don’t always get the chance to eat well.

My roomie and I are doing the South Beach diet and we are tired of lunch meat and vegatables. Is there anything else we can eat on Phase I of the diet?

Hey i want to get a nice body. i have been running and all but i dont really wanna get my arms and legs big just get them toned and mostly work on my abs and chest. Would the Fitness Quest Total Gym 1100 be good for working my abs in a good fast way?! like i said im not really looking for weight lifting just somethin i can tone my muscles up and get a nice chest and abs?

So I recently moved and am looking at gyms in the local area. There seems to be quite a few options: Gold’s gym, Bally, 24 hour fitness are all available. I am mostly interested in free weights but would also use cardio machines like treadmill and elliptical. Can anyone recommend one of these places? Or if you have had any bad experiences
