Ok all women gain weight while pregnant, so now what? I want to loose my extra weight. But how? Is there any easy diet and exercise program out there for me? I have never had to really exercise or watch my weight before. I hate it, I hate my body. I want to loose weight and feel great about myself again. But I just don’t know where to begain. Any ladies out there with this same problem? Have you done this and looked great? What’s your secrets? Please help.

I purchased a product by universal nutrition called Lava. I got it in a shop in Dublin Ireland. The polish guy working there told me in wonderful english ‘very good, make good bigger for you’. Im a supplement virgin, and to be honest, i havent found any reviews of this stuff. Im just wondering if you or any one you know has come accross this stuff, and if so, is it okay for building muscle/getting bigger without getting too fat. Any help would be more than greatly appreciated. im also curious, is it a testosterone boster/ steroid type supplement???

I was originally going to buy the GNC Pro Performance® Mass XXX and the GNC Pro Performance® Amplified Creatine 189 because they had a buy 1 get one half off sale at GNC but they no longer have that sale going on so i was wondering which one i should get. I know mass xxx is for gaining wait..but i was going to take half the recommended serving. Please dont give me the whole “just eat healthy and workout you dont need sports nutrition supplements” talk.

I’ve heard that anorexics abuse diuretics to aid their weight loss. I don’t understand: how do they work? i know they flush water out of your system, but how does THAT make you lose weight? and what are some diuretics?

A lot of people told me I lost a lot of weight when I started smoking again. I still eat the same things I eat. Could there really be a connection with smoking and weight loss?

I’ve heard people say that what you eat is how you feel and if you are on a certain diet it helps w/ certain things, even autism. What kind of diet would or could help you w/ how u feel and with depression or anxiety?

1.) What are the absolute most important fruits and veggies i should put in my diet. (Please don’t say any of them)
2.) Is Green Tea actually good for you, what the best and most effective kind to drink?
3.) What are some minerals/supplements i need to take as a man for fitness,sex, and overall male health ?
4.) Is flaxseed oil good for you, does it provide enough omega acids. Or should one also take fish oil?
5.) Is V8 actually good for you, does it have beneficial nutrituional value?

Thanks to all of you who answered my question about the dieters tea. Now that that’s over my mother will probably be searching for another alternative so, can green tea really boost your weight loss?

I heard that wu-yi tea is supposed to help you lose a ton of weight. Is this true? Does anyone know any weight loss boosters BESIDES exercise and healthy eating? I’m just curious – swimsuit season is coming up!

My new years resolution is to loose weight, the only thing is I don’t knoe where to start!!!!??? I want to have a strict meal plan I am also not a very good cooker so I was wondering if there are any good books to jump start my weight loss? And that will help me wit a daily meal guide
