Ok all women gain weight while pregnant, so now what? I want to loose my extra weight. But how? Is there any easy diet and exercise program out there for me? I have never had to really exercise or watch my weight before. I hate it, I hate my body. I want to loose weight and feel great about myself again. But I just don’t know where to begain. Any ladies out there with this same problem? Have you done this and looked great? What’s your secrets? Please help.

Ok bought a new bike from big w and want to add bike rideing into my fitness regime but i dont know how long i should ride for as ive been told that i should build myself up. the bike i bought is a 18 speed mountain bike wich i intend to take up into the closest national park and do some serious bike rideing. However for now its just back street cruiseing untill i get my cardio up to scratch so any one got a few good bikeing tips?

I’ve been on the Acai berry diet pill for around 5 days now. I’m just wondering how long it takes till you begin to lose weight or see results? Anybody whose started these pills or experienced with them maybe you can help me answer this question?
I would just like to know from Personal experience. Nothing from internet pages please. thank you

My new years resolution is to loose weight, the only thing is I don’t knoe where to start!!!!??? I want to have a strict meal plan I am also not a very good cooker so I was wondering if there are any good books to jump start my weight loss? And that will help me wit a daily meal guide

I’ve read that for some health conditions I have it would help if I started an organic diet. I know Whole Foods has organic food, but I’m not sure how to start this.
Do you do it gradually?
Are there organic versions of all kinds of foods?
Is it really easier on your liver?
Do you have to cook everything from scratch?
Are there any organic food restaurants in Chicago?
Has anyone switched over and have advice for a newbie?

I come from a family of meat eaters. My husband is 33 and I am 31. My kids are 2 years old and the younger one is 10 months. I am not trying to change the kids’ diet because they are small and need their nutrients. However, I am trying to get myself started and then my husband. He doesn’t eat very much meat, right now anyway.
What are some simple steps that I can follow?

I have been weaning my daughter off of my breasts like the doctor said, by supplementing one feeding at a time. The problem is she still doesn’t want the formula. I have tried different kinds of formula (brands and soy) and I have tried both powder and pre-made. We are down to two nursing sessions a day and she will barely drink any formula. The most she has had in one day is 6 ounces. The doctor said when she gets hungry enough and realizes that is her only option she will take it. I just worry that she isn’t getting enough nutrition because I know I am not producing much anymore. She is eating baby food 3 times a day. I am weaning her a little early (she is 8 months old) because of some medication I have been put on. Has anyone been in this situation or have any suggestions?

I purchased the quick weight loss program back in 1999 and part of the package included the first 3-day jump start portion. I have got the entire plan, except for that part. Would someone please email me a copy of it?

I started working out at the gym about a month ago. Prior to that I had no workout routine. I’m 5′2.5″ and weigh 145lbs. So I went from no excercise to working out at least 4 times a week, for about an hour to an hour and a half each time. I use the treadmill at an incline, and two different eliptical machines. I know my heart rate is raised; I work up a good sweat by the time I leave! I don’t eat fast food, no chips, cookies or candy. I know my calorie intake for the day is about 1500 or less. Well, after a month I still haven’t seen any weight loss. I know it takes time but how long before I see even a couple pounds drop?!

I have been going to the gym for about 2 months 3-4 times a week and i have lost about 9 pounds in total plus i can see that i have toned up. However all of a sudden my weight loss has stopped and all my hard work is no longer showing on the scales! How can i kick start my weight loss again?
