I am currently, a 16 year old male “6.1″ and I weigh 220 pounds and and I would like to lose some weight. I am also suffering from a mild case of Tinea Versicolor, “a skin infection that targets people with weak immune systems” so I was wondering if a sufficent amount weight loss would give my immune system an extra boost it needed to fight it?

I’m on a diet, and I want to be sure I get nutrition from “good fats.” Are the Omega-3 pills any good for you? Fish oil pills? Flaxseed? What are your suggestions or experiences?

So old people are essentially saying “I don’t believe what Obama says, I believe Republicans.” They’re essentially saying, “I don’t care about anyone’s health care but my own.”
So should we actually consider doing what they’re accusing those who want health care of doing? If they are so gullible are they truly a lode stone upon society?

I have been doing an hour of cardio 12 of the past 14 days, taken yoga and started weight training. This includes eliptical, walking at the highest incline as well as running. Additionally I am eating mostly fruits and vegetables and I have cut out my diet cokes. I drink 100oz of water daily as well. My only draw back is a couple of glasses of wine twice a week (Fri and Sat). I can see the difference in my face however my weight never seems to change. How long before I will be rewarded for my hard work. I am 5′8 and 158lbs.
Thanks!
