Are there such drinks as Diet Coke that is decaffeinated and Diet Coke that is caffeinated?
I workout about 4 times a week and i was just wondering if there are any safe weight loss supplements that can help me along. Im just afraid because i know that some are dangerous and i care about my health.

I’ll be going to college soon and I am overweight. While most people gain weight when they go to college, I’m nearly ashamed of eating in public so I’m hoping it will be a great opportunity to lose weight. I will probably make breakfast in the morning but my other 2 meals will be from dining halls. I was wondering if anyone knew a good vegetarian diet that would help me lose weight quickly without requiring I go to the grocery store often and buy ridiculous and expensive natural products.
I heard this on ABC news a few weeks ago where some guy was talking about the current state of USA’s health care system. He felt that America could function better if we adopted a system of “universal coverage.” He then went on to say that universal coverage didn’t mean socialized medicine.
So what defines universal coverage AND socialized medicine? Is there a difference between the two? Which one is right for America?
Here’s the deal. I am really out of shape, and I am awear of this. I am only 18 and I weigh 207. Although one problem I have is that right now being at 207 I look as though I weigh 150ish. So when I actually get down to 160 or 170 which some people still think is hefty I look nasty. I look like I weigh 130 and for my height that is not good. Ne ways back to the point. I want to loose wieght and I don’t just want loose it I want to shape it. I want to look good. I want to be proud of myself and love myself. So if you could please tell me some fitness plans that work. Some that are easy for people like me to start and then progress on. Ohh and please do not respond if you are going to insult me.
