I dont eat very well nutrition wise.My doc is extremely cold and I am in the process of changing doctors.
I take STUART prenatal since about 7-8 months and am currently 3 months pregnant.
I also take DHA- Expecta
Folic Acid
I often forget one of the three, sometimes I cannot take any of them because of nausea, but am not very irregular with them.
I dont like drinking milk at all so I am also worried about calcium intake.
Could you please list the supplements you took and when you started them and stopped.
Thanks so much

Wars cost billions and kill people. Negotiated resolutions save lives and spend revenues frugally. Elitist “FOR PROFIT” health care costs billions to care for sick people, whereas health care for all is basically preventative medicine, and is designed to keep people healthy. It costs less to have healthy populace, and a healthy, strong population is an essential component of national defense.

It’s sort of confusing how some of the writers of diet/fitness articles don’t have any type of degree regarding nutrition.

If we do boycott them, they won’t have to pay so much for insurance and millions of lawyers will stop suing them. Just pay them $5 a month for old bills and stay away. Use natural drugs or buy them for Canada. Lot of us old timers gonna have to face facts, and let Mother Nature do her thing. But the only way to change the health care system is to quit encouraging them.

Does anybody have any information on the model or brand of the treadmill(s) they have at the “Lifetime Fitness” gyms? If you folks know any brand of treadmills that are particularly good for their price, that will help too. I am looking to buy a treadmill that can carry me and help me to reach my ideal weight of 180 lbs. (Currently 230 lbs at 6 feet 0 inches). Thanks.

Can anyone answer me this question: Do other World Cup Football teams drink like the English Football team does (as it alledgeley reported to do). And how can they expect to keep up their fitness levels and last the pace.

I don’t eat a lot of meat anyhow, but I would like to know if I stop eating meat for about a month what else should I do to supplement my diet? I will be volunteering in Central America for a month and would like to stick with the staples save the meat. I will have no choice of what I am eating other than if I would like a vegetarian diet or not. Should I just bring a multi-vitamin or are there other things I should be aware of in cutting out the meat? Thanks for your time.

I am doing some weight training for the first time. I love working out and want the best possible results. I’m seeking to become a personal trainer, do some excersise videos, and be in a few fitness magazines. Do weight loss supplements, such as hydroxycut or slimquik, really work? Are they dangerous for your body? How do they work?
Thank you kindly for answering. I appreciate you all.
