I’ve heard that overloading on vitamins can be bad for you. I’m already taking a prenatal vitamin with a DHA supplement as well. I love the flavored fitness water like Propel with Calcium, but is this extra dose of vitamins good or bad for my baby?

If I add hardboiled eggs to get a little more calories will this effect my weight loss or am I better off just sticking to tuna and water?
I plan to stay on this diet until I drop 35 pounds. If combine the diet with two hours of cardio everyday can I meet my goal within a month and a half?

I know that plants need a certain amount of nutrition from the soil to grow, and that when growing plants indoors, the only nutrition they get is what you give them. I am trying to grow these plants completely organically, with dirt from my backyard, using nothing bought from a store except the vegetables/plants from which I took the seeds. So far I have large sprouts of morning glories and catnip, and small sprouts of tomatoes, green beans, cucumber, and green bell pepper. They seem to be doing very well with a combination of filtered tap water and mineral water, but I want to make sure they don’t suddenly die out because they are getting too much or too little of something. The mineral water is bottled still (not carbonated) Italian mineral water. I have southern exposure in the window that they sit in, so sunlight doesn’t seem to be a problem. Any tips for growing these through the winter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have heard that drinking room temperature water is more effective in weight loss than refrigerated water. Why would it make any difference?

i’m in the process of losing weight. will drinking this help me? it’s some type of indian remedy and i do have experience with these natural remedies working quite well. what do you think? i exercise for about an hour everyday, so it’s not like i’m looking for that miracle drink or something. i’m just wondering if it would help with speeding up the weight loss or something.

I’ve always wondered how it helps weight loss. Does it actually actively do something, or just suppress your hunger so you don’t go and eat something calorific?

How do drinks like diet iced tea or the slenderize versions of “Fuze” compare to water when watching what you eat? These drinks have 0g of Fat, 0-5 Calories, no sugar, and no high fructose corn syrup. They seem like they would be just fine to drink as long as you drink plenty of water in addition to them. What do you say?
