  1. Rice and pasta hold water. when I was with weightwatchers my leader used to say don’t eat rice the night before a weigh in. Have a nice curry and loads of rice – maybe rice pudding for afters! Drink milk too – even skimmed as it turns to solds. Have a good drink right before you weigh in too (and don’t go to the loo unless you really have to!)

    Eat a couple of large pizzas for breakfast. couple dozen donuts for lunch, another pizza for a dinner and a couple of pounds of pasta.
